IMPLANTS

IMPLANTS

Below is an overview of the options available in Implantology.

CLICK DENTURE

There are two types of click dentures. Our dentist/implantologist will advise you on which type is most suitable for you and how many implants are needed to ensure a secure fit. Often, a 3D X-ray called a CBCT scan is required to assess the best approach. On medical-dental indications, most of the treatment costs are reimbursed by your health insurer. For more information about coverage and costs, refer to the  Betalingen/Tarieven page.

Q

IMPLANT CROWN

After your implant is placed, a crown can be added to it. If your natural teeth or molars have not been lost, a crown can be directly placed on them as well.

IMPLANT BRIDGE

An implant bridge is an excellent option when multiple teeth and/or molars are missing. This solution restores your bite and smile by anchoring the bridge to implants.

PERI-IMPLANTITIS

One of the possible complications that can arise with implants is ‘Peri-implantitis.’ Literally, this means inflammation around the implant. In natural teeth, inflammation can also occur, such as gum inflammation and periodontitis, but the inflammatory process is slower and less aggressive.
With the AIRFLOW PROPHYLAXIS MASTER, we can effectively treat inflammation around the implant.
