We are committed to providing you with the highest quality dental care and value open communication with our patients. You can count on us for that.
If you ever feel that we have informed or treated you incorrectly or with insufficient care, we kindly ask you to first discuss the matter with us directly.

It’s important for us to know if you’re experiencing a problem or feeling dissatisfied in any way. We are more than happy to explain why a particular decision was made or why a procedure was carried out in a certain way—this often helps clear up any misunderstandings.

HELP AND INFO

If you would like more information about dentistry and dental treatments, you can visit www.allesoverhetgebit.nl or call the Dental Information Point (TIP) at 0900 202 5012 (€0.15 per minute). Both provide independent information and were established by our professional association, the KNMT.

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

If we are unable to reach a satisfactory solution together, you can turn to the KNMT complaints procedure, to which we are affiliated. This procedure meets the requirements set by the Dutch Clients’ Rights in Healthcare Act (Wkkgz) for all healthcare providers.
